Introduction

1.3 Account Suspension or Termination

djwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
• Conducting illegal or fraudulent activity on the system.
• Failing to provide information required for account verification.

2.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on djwin. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• djwin monitors all deposit transactions and reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit on djwin, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

3.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• One person or household may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• The qualifying deposit amount for receiving a bonus must be at least ৳200.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be claimed unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Creating accounts or conducting activity for the purpose of exploiting bonuses may result in account closure.

3.3 VIP Program

djwin's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

4.1 Fair Play Policy

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
